[Day 11] What I've learnt today

1. Met a sage yesterday. He's been doing meditation for a long time now. 2 hours talking and he helped to deepen my knowledge about meditation, as well as correcting things I had been understanding wrongly. Thanks to him I know about the difference between vipassana and samatha, between motive and motivation, about karma yoga, about how we can theoretically reduce life pressure to zero and live in a harmony state between the body, the mind, and the soul. He seemed to be a nice person.

2. Met my friend today. He is a doctor and also a startup guy. He told me about personal finance, about assets and liabilities, about gold and why we shouldn't have a saving account. Suggested some ideas for my book. Shared with me a great tip on how to beat procrastination. I'm gonna try it this week. Omg just a few days without writing and now my word speed is so slow. Life is like a river, if we don't move forward, we'll move backward.

3. Went camping last weekend. Asked my new friend to join but he was busy. It turned out to be good that he didn't join, because the waterfall wasn't that great. But it was a nice trip. Spent some time back to the nature and felt good being with good friends.

4. Need to write more though.
